The Export Documents described in the Foreign Documents Pack are delivered by email and by post/courier. After order and payment you are emailed about the progress of your documentation and emailed when the documents are published.

Once the documents described in the Foreign Documents Pack are published and despatched, they cannot be returned for a refund.
This is because each is a special document referring only to one specific vehicle. They cannot be taken back in to stock, nor sold to other customers with other cars. You have a 14-day cooling off period to change your mind and receive a full refund. After the 14 days OR - if you cancel the 14 day cooling off period, and the documents are published, the return of the bespoke documents is not possible.
Because the Export Documents described in the Foreign Documents Pack are CUSTOM or BESPOKE documents, they cannot be taken back in to stock, nor sold to other customers with other cars. After your payment for your documents pack, you have a 14 days cooling off period to change your mind and receive a full refund.
However, please be aware that after the 14 days OR - if you cancel the 14 day cooling off period - and the documents are issued/obtained and/published, no refund is possible against the bespoke documents.
1. You order and pay for your Foreign Documents Pack.​

2. You are emailed a receipt and are emailed an acknowledgment.

3. Your are offered a 14-day cooling off period.
​
4. You can choose to tell us to start immediately or wait 14 days.

5. Your documents are issued/obtained and published.
​
6. Your documents are emailed to you as PDF, and scans, and also sent as hard copies by your chosen delivery method.
You are in control...

What this means is - you tell us to wait up to 14 days, OR - you tell us to start and complete immediately. But - if and when you tell us to start, the process is very quick and the documents will be published and with you quickly.

We want you to be happy. We want to give you the documents you need, for your car. But after the 14 days option, and the documents are published, there can be no refund, because the documents are specific to you and your vehicle.
