The Export Declaration and documents are delivered by email. Postof originals is not necessary because the documents are barcoded.
After order and payment you are emailed about the progress of your documentation and emailed when the Customs declaration is cleared and documents are created.

Once the excport declaration has been done and your MRN and EAD documents are created, they cannot be returned for a refund.
This is because each is a special document referring only to one specific vehicle. They cannot be taken back in to stock, nor sold to other customers with other cars. You have a 14-day cooling off period to change your mind and receive a full refund. After the 14 days OR - if you cancel the 14-day cooling off period, and the documents are created, no refund is possible.
Because the Export procedure and documents created or generated are CUSTOM or BESPOKE documents, they cannot be taken back in to stock, nor sold to other customers with other cars. After your payment for your documents pack, you have a 14-day cooling off period to change your mind and receive a full refund.
However, please be aware that after the 14 days OR - if you cancel the 14-day cooling off period - and the declaration and documents are created, no refund is possible against the bespoke documents.
1. You order and pay for your Export and Transit Pack.​

2. You are emailed a receipt and are emailed an acknowledgment.

3. Your are offered a 14-day cooling off period.
​
4. You can choose to tell us to start immediately or wait 14 days.

5. Your export declaration is completed and associated documents are created.

6. Your documents are emailed to you as PDF, and scans for you to print out or save.

What this means is - you tell us to wait up to 14 days, OR - you tell us to start and complete immediately. But - if and when you tell us to start, the process is very quick and the UK Customs export process is done, usually same-day.

We want you to be happy. We want to give you the documents you need, for your car. But after the UK Customs export process completes, there can be no refund, because the process is specific to you and your vehicle.
