Yes. it is possible to collect the documents pack, when it is ready, from Bristol, UK or Poole, UK. No other areas at the moment. But we can provide next day courier services.

We supply the document pack for any vehicle that is being exported from the UK. That means cars, bikes (motorcycles), quads, plant/machinery/tractors, caravans, trailers, trucks, etc. etc. If you are still unsure, you can email us (mailto:info@eurocert.uk?subject=Vehicle enquiry, for MyCarExport documents package)and tell us your vehicle.

It depends where you are going to register your car, or take your car. Our philosophy now, after Brexit and WTO and COVID, is that in western and southern Europe it is definitely best to have as much paperwork as possible.
 
However, each of the 4 documents is available separately, and you should contact Eurocert t(mailto:info@eurocert.uk?subject=Separate Export documents enquiry)o enquire about separate document prices. It is more expensive to buy them that way.

It depends on your car. The Certificate of Origin will either state that the vehicle was made in the UK (fully or mostly manufactured there) or it will state the place (country) where it was made and mention its registration and use in the UK - if applicable.

What is an EORI Number

Economic Operators Registration and Identification number is an exporters code. Sadly, in these times, foreign port authorities and foreign registering authorities think they must have an EORI number for all imports. This is not the case, and if you have all 5 MyCarExport (undefined)documents you are unlikely to be pressed for it. In any case, you cannot easily obtain one unless you are a regular exporting/importing business. Do not fear this. It is an administrative blip and should not hinder your export if you have all the right documents in hand.
